Things are looking not tt great for my ankle... Underestimated the degree of damage done... Despite a subside of swelling this morning, it's still quite badly bruised... Will take a pic of it when I get home and post it... :P
Just bought myself a firewire cable tt connects to my videocamera. Finally can digitise my videos swiftly... Videos that are on tape and have yet to be digitised include:
1) 88th anniversary celebrations (hong ma yi, mei nu, etc...)
2) Graduation Nite video (NHHS)
3) Class Videos (409)

And many more which I have evidently forgotten cos I gave up hope on finding a connection cable that can help me digitise the videos I took... Shall find some time to digitise em and post em on video blog...

Oh yeah the photos of costumes will be posted very soon, since straits times already posted a big pic of the costume on one of their pages... :)

Just 5 mins into a game of badminton, and I fell on my knees, ankles crossed at a weird angle. Clenching my fists in intense pain, I tried to stand up once.Twice. Finally got up and limped my way to a table tennis table where I crouched down in pain. Felt like throwing up suddenly... Wonder wads the connnection to my fall, but anw, the teacher was like, walk around, tt helps. So i did. And after awhile i continued the practice. Limped around pretty much the whole day. Such a sprain (Grade 1) takes abt a week or two to recover. Poor me... So careless...

After CATS class I limped my wae to NH... Exciting event coverage cannot be missed! lol. No lar. Offering my help to NHDS and laoshi. But of cos some people, just simply dun appreciate and well, wad a coincidence I was learning abt the six hats thinking thingy during CATS class. Well, a hat, or rather, a cap was thrown directly into my face? Personally that was wad u can sae something not veri nice. But due to my nice calm nature, I did not retaliate. And of cos some things are just meant to be. After gettign away wif tt, lets go on to teacher abusing time! Of cos tt din turn out as successful as the kai wen bullying time lar. lol. Whole dance kena. That's wad the world is like. No mention of names here and no offence cos personally I bear no grude against tt person. Just wish to express that such a thing should not happen again. :)

Okay. So photo taking time began for me and I shot abt 300 pics. Majority cant be posted yet... :( Nvm patience is a virtue.

And yesh! Sec 1s and sec 2s! Will haf problems getting to know all of ur names... so many people!!! lol. sorry in advance... :)

Feeling much better after a few daes of clearing my mind. Let's see how it goes.
A whole dae full of lectures... Yes indeed I happen to have this low self esteem tt needs to be boosted by my loved ones. My dad, for example, shoots me down whenever i make any mistake... Resulting in a poorer relationship... I dun talk tt often with him... Sadly to say la. But I still love him. Now that was utter randomness.
Anyway, after lectures I popped over to NH to hand over the movie to the freaky pillars... lol. Unsuccessful cos of the slow process of video compression. Sorry people!
Yup. That's abt it for todae.

Well certain things seem bleak out of sudden. Enduring the cuts and bruises emotionally, I think patience has a limit. I have almost reached that point... But I really dunwant it this wae. Shall let time heal the wounds.

Proceeded to NH early in the morning to meet Daphine n company to finish up the history project that I have been helping them with... :) K lar quite a company to have. Daphine the bubbly gal plus Jing Hui the study innocent blur looking gal plus Melody the totally quiet gal plus our dear "Allah" impersonator... HAHA.

Quite alot of fun. Went to stadium soon after... The usuals. One thing i hate most is when people take graduates for granted. Its like, we make the effort to come down and help out, den they whether sae tt we dun help enuf, or are useless. Onl one person is able to appreciate our presence, and that's Mr Low. This statement, whether u like it or not, is what i believe in. Photos will be needed for publicity purposes according to Mr Peter Gan. Thus I have been loyally taking photos, not for my own benefit. Of cos, i do enjoy the exercise but whoever said tt one cant enjoy his job? Mr Low cannot be made to handle small stuff like dishing out waterbottles and carrying first aid kits and pieces of long cloth folding. When we help ut at a certain group, we cant possibly help out at another grp... DUH? Such small stuff, when added on to the heavy workload of Mr Low, will cause chaos. Thus, this is what we graduates are here for. We do not sit there n watch the show like some tourist... We are walking around, braving the heat to help out. I talked to Mr Phua abt it too. For abt 20 mins in fact... At least he appreciates the help rendered too. Coming back too often will cause the problem of taking us for granted. Its human nature. Cant be helped. But still, it disappoints me to see such stuff occur even amongst teachers. I have babbled alot here, trying to cool myself down from the agitation... Even Alvin was so agitated that he was like gonna attack liao lor.

After NDP I continued to help the sec 1s with their project... bade a good farewell to Alvin who wil return to his military training... God bless him... Good old fren... Den finished the project and went home. :) U owe me one, Daphine.... :)

Its been quite a day. My schedule was neatly laid out in front of me... Edit locvideo in the morning, den proceed to JE library to do media update assignment.
The whole thing kinda changed with a simple call from Dolphin... Proceeded to JE library to meet their grp members for some history video project. Waited an hour for Jing Hui and Daphine to tie plaits... bleh? Took 2 photos of 2 interesting stuff. Pics on special photo blog...
And so we proceeded to NH... Met up with some others and started shooting till 4pm cos Daphine had tuition... Den cut up neoprints and distributed em. :) The shooting has yet to be complete... :( Will hafta continue tomoro. :( Bleh.
Anw,I've got loads to learn by helping them. My camera skills must be honed! :) Yup. Tts abt it. Will post pics of the video shooting once they are done wif the project. :)

What a wasted day i guess? But nevertheless i shall thank God for it.
I already told Jeremy I'm allergic to balls. Any ball games. Esp soccer. The ball is somehow attracted to under the belt, my head plus glasses, or my camera. And todae it hit me under the belt. Soccer balls suck? This is not the first time liao... In my entire life this has occured 2 times ba. HAHA. Wah lao. Nvm I'm fine. Will still haf father's dae. :P
Hope that tomoro will be a more fulfilling dae.

Taking neoprints is an addictive hobby. It has yet to become one of my hobbies (Thank goodness) but well i took more neos today!

I spent the morning at home studying Marketing...Test on Wed, 5 essay questions, 100 marks. One question is a 40 mark one. OMG? Anyway. I popped over to Bukit Batok Community Club's hawker centre for lunch den went to Home teamNS to collect my badminton racket ( Restrung and new grip! ) Yea.
On my way to JE library, Daphine called my HP and started to poke fun at me by asking me to guess who she was. My dad overheard the convo and I got scolded for entertaining such "wu liao" people. oops. lol. He apparently forgot I got free incomings. lol.

Proceeded to JE library son after where I saw Daphine n company doing discussion for their video project. I started studying till abt 3pm. Took a break. Talked lotsa crap. Den at abt 330pm there was this book talk by the library. I got dragged into it cos I was too soft hearted. lol. And so made a purple lantern with Daphine n company. lol... Quite fun lar, considering the fact that I have not touched art for awhile. LOL. My art in sec 2 was A2 de wor. WAHA. Home Econs got A1 (Okay that was so random)Anyway, listened to the talk for an hour, den went up to do a short speech on whether young people can be financially independent. Was quite impromtu cos I totally kept my mind blank on purpose. lol. Rahh.
After the talk thingy I went to JE entertainment complex there to take neos with the group...YAY-ness. OMG? Zi lian. How can the photographer be zi lian.K lar the whole grp of people were really cute. Except me lar. so ugly rite? lol.

Okay after all that I met up with Jun Yang and his bro, who were also late and apprently were on the same train as me towards gombak. Did the usuals. Rahh.

Rushed off to church with Zinger meal ta-paoed. Had YF committee meeting regarding the updates of committees and 11th anniversary thingy. SO i updated em on the communications ministry as head of communications. I think I'm stagnant as the head for some time, and I really regret it. Things that keep me ultra busy nowadays include Library-ing, photoshooting, projects, Video filming, and socialising. My relationship with God, I admit, has reached a rather interesting plateau. I truly truly dun wan it this way. Will pray abt it.

Left church at 930pm and here I am, typing this. The day was made exciting by Daphine and grp. Thank you!!!

Apparently the spray mount has come in handy a few moments ago when a flying cockroach flew into my room. I snatched the can and sprayed. And guess wad! It wORKED. The whole cockroach fell on the floor struggling to get out of the glue... ( Spray mount = sprayed glue) HAHAHAHA. Den my mum came and removed it. With some diffculty cos glue was obviously sprayed everywhere. lol. Even on my apple. But okay. the glue's gone now. Nitex. HAHA. Let's mount the cockroach.

Wednesday:
YEs I went off to NH in da morning to take a lookie at dance prac. Sometimes i really wonder, do these people (well some of them) even respect me? Cos I dun speak on the mike often and make critical decisions like Wei Hong or Da Sam, does tt mean that i do not deserve respect? Does it mean that a photographer cant have any respect? Hmmmm. That is an interesting thing to ponder upon.
Anyway, most of the prac was led by da sam and Wei Hong...Nice stuff performed by Wei Hong... Apparently he has definitely trained to a level tt is formidable. :) WOotS Jia you~ Anw, tts out of the point. NHDS went thru the basics of ji ben gong and stuff... Yar den after tt learnt a new dance cheoreographed by Tanglin Sec... Den went for lunch. After lunch we had a dance marathon... :) Alot of dances, including the all time favourite Hong Ma Yi. :) Nice to see em so high...
DEn to top it all off we had a heh heh heh ha session... Oops i was such a spoilsport. Sorry people! I ran awayy. lol. Nexttime la. :) SOrry for being such a spoilsport. Anw nothing to see de lor. :P They chased me to 4th floor where i was inevitable cornered. Then strip me halfway... Den somehow they stopped n we walked nicely back to da hall. K lar nexttime i promise to join in if and only if other grads join in. HAHA. Nothing to see de lar. :)
Okay I guess tts abt it for dance ya. After dance i went back to chalet at HometeamNS. Met up wif my old pal Yong Sheng and played some badminton... Yup. Ate ice cream... omg so fattening yet so sweet and heavenly... What a sin.... Yup tts all for today.

Thursday:
Hmmm. Woke up at 630am. Went off to Ngee Ann where i waited from 615am to 635am for SK to arrive. She wanted to tag along to haf the experience and also learn some stuff. So okay. :) Yar she was abit late so i went up to meet the crew first. I was deemed late! haha. Nvm. Den discuss abit.... Went to fetch SK up to FMS building. HAhas. Den we signed out the stuff.... Errr i shal spare u the horrid details of the inconvenience. And so we took 3 cabs to the filming location. I shall not reveal where it is. Anw, we started filming all the way tilll 1200pm/ Went for lunch and continued the shoot at 1pm. :) I shall upload photos taken later. Seriosuly very tired from all the video shoooting. Not as fun as photo taking i think. HAHA. But fun enuf. I had so much laughter. Esp when the cast hit the door till a piece of wood dropped. hAHAHAHA. So funny I laughed untill laosai abit in my pants. okay i was kidding. Den dad came and we finished at bt 430pm. Fetched SK to JE library den went home. Where i m typing this now. Common tests are around the corner........ :(

Hmmm. I am proud to say that after much meticulous effort to complete my bauhaus and logos project, I have finally succeeded in finishing them. Now left with the following:
1) Location video filming on Thurs
2) Interview project for medisoc
3) Studying for medisoc and marketing tests
4) Green Tea Survey no.2

Saturday:
I woke up at 6am and went to NH... Unfortunately the weather in the morning wasnt tt good so alot of clouds blocked the sunrise... AWWW. No sunrise pics... And so the snaping of pics began. STadium was HOT. Snapped away but not as freakishly shutter-killing as last week. The clouds at abt 9am were nice... Snapped alot of those... I think Mr Chow snapped some pics too.. awww snatch ricebowl... LOL kidding. Always a pleasure to haf other photographers. HAHA. I wonder wad camera he is using....Mr Foo was so frenly! Put his arm on my shoulder... lol... like brother likedat. reminds me of mr thomas... :) Yar I guess i din snap alot cos mr low really needed help. Personally i feel tt i understand english instructions MUCH better than mandarin ones. but of cos, i try my best la. Jst tt i seldom speak in cl... sorry cl speaking people... :P Yup. After NDP shooting I went to meet Locvideo grp to buy props and stuff... Brought a $60 trenchcoat, an $18 hat and a $8 handcuffs. Yup. Den went home to happily finish up my logos project. OH ya. i dun watch soccer. :)

Sunday:
Church in the morning, Habourfront for lunch at subway. :) The usual 6 inch ham sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. no onions please. lol. Bought a new stack of blank cds... Yupp/Den went home to touch up my projects. Will be submitting them tomoro.

Yar there were some problems with blogger this morning, that's why I have yet to update anything. Anyway, Jie Ming's birthdae bash rawked mans! Yar despite arriving late, I was welcomed into the arcade... They were playing with the race cars.... heehee. After arcade we walked in the drizzle and went to see the "albalone-like creatures". ( term coined by pei xuan ) MAny of us ( excluding me ) climbed down the breakwater and started playing with small fishes/creatures etc. Many who went down got cut too by barnacles. Hann Binn, Jie Ming and Jian Hui suffered some injuries... Jian Hui fell forward into push up position while going down the breakwater... lol... Den Alyssa (Who had her hair horrendously spiked; making her look like a cavewoman) ALso went down and you know, how funny she looked. NO offence i m teasing only. WHat's missing on her head was an old bone. Then just have to borrow Some leopard skin clothing from a teacher at NH... LOL. Yupp. Yueli on the other hand had her hair tied in ponytails... awww so cute.HAHA. Anw, that cavewoman threw her slipper at wei hong n missed by a mile, grazing past my camera lenses... See how violent she can get? Lucky no damage was done.
Hoong Jia was like flying the kite they bought in a destructive manner...In the end both kites were destroyed... LOL. Thks to his reckless flying. Dinner time came soon and we were like all proceeding to the steamboat centre... $12 for a free flow of food... WOW. NICE. THe soup was unfortunately made medicinal by the excess dumping of red dates and wolfberries... HAHA. KEe Lui made a very good chef u know. OH yar. Jie Yim the queen was sitting nicely at the chairwoman seat, eating away while the others cooked... lol... WAHAHAH. Den Jie MIng was presented his pressie... a baby's bib! LOL! WAH? I got a video of tt moment. EAt eat eat... Darryl came too...Drinks there was ex so they bought a big big bottle of soft drink.... haha. LEftovers waas alot... 2 tubs of live prawns... ooops. Everyone fled....
After all that we went arcade again where Yueli, Hann Binn, Hann QIan and many others showed their para para prowress... WOW. I tot only bimbos at the arcade were capable of dancing para para that well... LOL. I was wrong. They were pro. Esp Dallan. WOW. And so they played till 10pm den caught the bus and took the green line home. JIe Yim took red line home. Tsk tsk. siao. She lives at choa chu kang. K tts all for now. Will update more later. One of the long questions is worth 40 marks. My hand is gonna drop. Hold it while you can. LOL. diao. WAHAHA.

Saturday:
I woke up at 540am abruptly thanks to my handy dandy handphone alarm which i had set the nite be4... Rushed off to NHHS after having a quick breakfast... Okay NHDS was already there... Well not all of them though. There was some planning problems... Xiao Tian showed me his flash unit! Cool. Apparently the brand he brought couldnt fit in Nikon hotshoes. Anyway, after waiting till about 730am, Ms Yeo finally managed to get everyone headed towards the National Stadium... YAr. Mr Low was already there, den they ran through the process about 4 times after which we went back to NH... Of cos, i took alot alot of photos. Refer to photo blog for these pics!
After NH I made my way to Fuhua Sec for a short while. Den proceeded to Bra Basah Complex where i printed out my Bauhaus Brochure. Yup. Many thanks to people who helped me, namely Stephanie, Mr Choy and my dad. :) *hugs all of you* lol. I met Sheereen and Melody at the complex.... DEn brought my spray mount... $14.90 + $18 spent on this project. :(
Now that I was done with my project, I met up with Jun Yang and went to Toa Payoh where we met up with Hann Qian, Pei Xuan, Khoon Hui, Jeremy, Zhong Yi, Jeffrey, Hoong Jia, Jie Yim, and many many other dancers. The performance was madness.. YOu should have it mans. Photos of this performance by DI can be found on the special photo blog. Yup. :) After the performance, i went to HDB hub for dinner with them. Reached home at abt 11pm...

Sunday:
Church in the morning... After that went to Laser Quest for a short while... Spent the rest of the afternoon editing photos and posting photos on the photo blogs... Yup. Tired. :)
